DYH series rotated-drum concentrated dehydrator working principle and structure:
1. on entering drum thickening sewage sludge belt dehydration equipment before flocculant preparation, dosing system into the polymer flocculant mixing reaction tank.
2. in a mixed reaction tanks, sludge and polymer flocculant by mixing fully mixed, sludge from small particles rapidly condense into large particles, and forms the reticular formation of the large corps flocs and go slow drum rotation of dehydrated. In sludge are special equipment transportation to drum at the end of the process, most of the free water-filtering cloth to release achieving results, effluent collected by filter slot and solid sludge separation.
3. after a preliminary dehydration of sludge from the ramp to the belt filter press the upper portion of the filter belt, then transferred to the lower part of the filter belt. In the upper and lower filters the belt between the phasing effect of pressure and shear stress makes further dehydration of sludge discharge.

4. sludge production and dryness can be controlled by the endless transmission device, cleaning water consumption can be adjusted by the liquid level control system.
